OUR TEAM
We are proud to start off our company pushing our mission not just with our actors but with our production team as well. We hope to promote young theater artists just as much behind the scenes as we do on stage. Therefore, it is our great pleasure to introduce our talented young production team that has taken the helm in all things backstage from directing to choreography to stage-managing from the very beginning. Our production team is currently consists of recent 2017 high school graduates. You can learn more about our talented team below.

John Ertman
Artistic Director
John is a graduate of New Providence High School and a the Artistic Director of No Drama Theater. He has spent the last 9 years training to be an actor and is a graduate of both the Paper Mill Playhouse and National High School Institute theater conservatories. He is pursuing a BA in Theater from Northwestern University.
Joseph Mathusek
Musical Direction Chair
Joseph is a graduate of Naperville North High School. He has been the music director on three other productions, "All in the Timing" at New Providence High School "Mary Poppins" at Naperville North High School, and "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" with No Drama. He is pursuing a BM in conducting from BYU-I.
Lara Gavagan
Choreography Chair
Lara is a recent graduate of New Providence High School where she served as dance captain on all 4 of the musical productions produced during her time there. This is her first time choreographing a production. She is pursuing a BA in Theater Education from NYU.
Joanna Messineo
Stage Management Chair
Joanna is a recent graduate of New Providence High School. This is her first stage managing credit but she has extensive experience in both theater and film production. She will attend Susquehanna University in the fall to study early-childhood education.
Jeffrey Blitt
Technical Director
Jeffrey is a recent graduate of New Providence High School. This is his second production working on sets and props. He has worked in theater since 8th grade as a performer and crew member. He is pursing a BS engineering at Tufts University.
